Blinds
Wooden Venetian Blinds
Wood blinds capture nature’s beauty and enhance a room’s cosiest qualities while giving windows' "centre stage‘’ status.
The natural characteristics of wood can lead to variations in colour, grain texture and to some extent warping depending on the environment.

Wood venetians cannot be guaranteed against a natural tendency to warp, especially if used in extremely humid / wet areas, therefore one must be careful not to install them in areas where ventilation is minimal.
​
Our blinds are supplied with ladder string and cords which are colour co-ordinated.
The head rail is covered with a wood valance which finishes off the product beautifully.
​
Wood venetians are not a total light blackout product. The blind will close sufficiently to ensure privacy but will still allow light into the room. It is therefore not entirely room darkening.
Our wooden blind is only available in 50mm width as it is more stable than narrower widths.
Aluminum Venetian Blinds
The venetian blind is a practical solution for light control at both the office and home.
​
Blind widths are 25mm and 50mm.
All pins and rollers are made from stainless steel and brass to prevent rusting (although this cannot always be guaranteed near the coast.)
​
Cords, ladders, head and bottom rails are colour co-ordinated.
​
A draw cord is used to pull the blind up and down. Only operate the lift controls once the slats are in an open horizontal position.
​
The 50mm venetian blind is becoming increasingly popular with a more dramatic look and enhancing the latest décor trends.

The aluminium wood look blinds with wood trimmings is an exciting product as an alternative to real wood. The wood trimmings consist of a real wood valance, bottom rail, wand and toggle which gives the blind an extremely authentic wood look at minimal cost.

Vertical Blinds
Vertical blinds are a very practical solution for just about any application. They are affordable and attractive and come in a range of colours and designs to compliment any design and décor. The blinds may be partially opened or closed to allow shading or sunlight to enter any living area or work place.
The choice of fabric will determine the desired protection required. Fabrics range from almost transparent to complete block outs to choose from.
Bamboo Roller Blinds
Bamboo is a totally natural product which can be affected by the elements around it. Colour variations, irregularities, bowing and warping can occur in this product. Bamboo’s natural look with knots and twisted sticks can cause irregular stitching. Please note that this is completely natural and gives the blind its rustic look.

Bamboo blinds are not block out blinds. The overlap blind is intended for privacy.
Roller Blinds
Roller blinds are used for shading or total sun block, depending on what desired effect is required. A wide range of fabrics includes light, almost transparent, to total block out fabric.

Although block out fabric blocks sunlight out completely, light will still filter in on the sides of the blind.
Roman Blinds
Roman Blinds consist of a top head rail made of white epoxy coated aluminium profile which houses the manual control system, a fabric section where stiffening rods are located which ensure neat folds when the blind is raised, a flat hanging blind when they are lowered and a bottom rail. Roman Blinds come in the same light filtering or block out fabrics as Roller Blinds. The Blinds are raised and lowered by means of a chain on one side of the blind which automatically locks when it is released.
